When creating Microsoft Office Word Mobile or Excel Mobile files on your MDA with WM6, it will be saved by default using Microsoft Office 2007 format (.xlsx or .docx). If you experience problems opening these files on your computer using Microsoft Office 2003 or earlier versions, you can download and install the File Format Converter from the Microsoft Web site (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466&displaylang=en; ) or change the default save file format on your MDA in Word Mobile/Excel Mobile under Menu > Options.
