Electrical energy ideal sources
No matter what the value of the current i(t),
the voltage v(t) is always equal to vs(t). The
current depends upon the circuit into which
the voltage source is connected.
The current is independent of the voltage.
The source does not constrain the voltage.
The voltage is determined by the circuit
into which the current source is connected

Independence and solvability
The equations are soluble provided that
when the network is deactivated,
by replacing every current source by an
open-circuit, then every node should have
a path to the reference node through one
or more resistors.
