AURALOG S.A. End User License Agreement Installing this software on your computer indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this software license agreement. Should you choose not to accept any of the terms and general conditions of this agreement, please return the product and accompanying materials to your CD- or DVD-ROM dealer within seven (7) days of purchase to obtain a refund. Grant of license: Auralog S.A. provides the license and use of the included CD- or DVD-ROM(s) to you, the End User. This software is exclusively reserved for private and individual use by family members. This excludes use of this software by companies, private or public training bodies, its lease or loan whether gratuitous or not, as well as all use pertaining to commercial ends. Auralog S.A. and its suppliers retain ownership of the software program and multimedia data (audio recordings, texts, videos, images, graphics, etc.). The included CD- or DVD-ROM(s) is (are) for use on only one computer at a time. You have been granted a single-user license. You may not copy, modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or create derivatives based on the CD- or DVD-ROM(s). Warranty: Auralog S.A. guarantees that the materials on which the software is recorded and the accompanying documentation remain free from all physical defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Provided that the CD- or DVD-ROM(s) is (are) used under normal conditions, Auralog S.A. will replace any defective material upon receipt at its offices within ninety (90) days of purchase, free of charge. In the event that Auralog S.A. is not able to replace the defective material, Auralog S.A. will reimburse the amount paid for the software. It is understood that speech recognition is a statistical process, and that inherent errors in the process of speech recognition may occur. The CD- or DVD-ROM(s) and any documentation are provided on an "as is" basis. You accept full responsibility for their installation and use of the program thereafter. Auralog S.A. Claims no guarantees, express or implied, written or oral, with respect to the performance or results obtained when using the program, data, or documentation. Intellectual property rights: Auralog S.A. and its suppliers remain the sole owners of all the intellectual property rights for the software and documentation. This includes, but is not limited to, the program and the speech recognition components it contains; data, audio recordings, texts, images, graphics, and videos; as well as all documentation accompanying the software, all of which is protected by the laws on intellectual property rights and copyright (including patent and trademark rights) and current international legal dispositions with respect to protection of intellectual property. This agreement is governed by the laws of France and any litigation pertaining to it will come under the exclusive powers of the courts whose jurisdiction covers the Auralog S.A. headquarters.
