sorry for my non-German

sorry for my non-German....
below the pinning of the DIN-ISO No.10487-1 connector.
making the cable yourself should not be a big issue I guess..
(pinning also shows how to connect additional amplifiers)

grtz Wieger

PS: during xmas I will do a test with a iPod control box intended for Porsche with a becker audio module in my AR166

======================================== =========

ICS Configuration Becker Audio Module (type BE2580) and a Sony CDC

=========================
A connector pinning
1 3 5 7

2 4 6 8
=========================

=========================
SDV (Plug A, Pin 1) - INPUT -

SDV = Speed Dependent Volume control.
Rectangular signal, switched to ground.
Level: 'LOW' < 0.2 * UB 'HIGH' > 0.8 * UB
Internal pull-up: approx. 10 k*, switched to 5V.

=========================
Telephone mute (Plug A, Pin 3) - INPUT -

Telephone mute (TPMUTE) = mute of the radio during a telephone call
Switching signal = active LOW (during mute)
Level: 'LOW' < 2,5V 'HIGH' > 4,0V
Pull up (internally): 10kOhm switched to 5V

=========================
Supply voltage terminal 30 (Plug A, Pin 4) - INPUT -

Positive supply to the appliance.
Rated voltage: U = 12V.
Test voltage: UN = 13V ± 0.2V.
Close-circuit current consumption
(at 12.5 V): IR = 0.65mA (typ),
IR = 1mA (worst case).

=========================
Automatic antenna and amplifier (Plug A, Pin 5) - OUTPUT -

Control output for switching on or off ext. components.
Voltage: 9.5V - 15V (reduced operating voltage)
Maximum permissible current (with a drop in the output voltage of max. 10%):
Imax = 500 mA, short-circuit-proof.

The switching output responds with a delay when the radio is switched on; to prevent plopping and cracking noises in connection with external boosters when the appliance is switched off, the ‘automatic antenna switching output’ is switched off first and then the rest of the appliance.

=========================
Ignition terminal 15 (Plug A, Pin 7) not connected

=========================

Vehicle ground terminal 31 (Plug A, Pin 8)

Terminal 31 = Vehicle ground (ground), negative supply to the appliance.

=========================
Loudspeaker connectors (Plug B, Pin 1...8) - OUTPUTS -

1. AF rear right+
2. AF rear right-
3. AF front right+
4. AF front right-
5. AF front left+
6. AF front left-
7. AF rear left+
8. AF rear left-

In normal operation the terminals are not to be connected to GROUND, POSITIVE or together. The outputs are short-circuit-proof.

With four loudspeakers connected: Impedance: 4 *
Output typ.: 4 x 12 W

=========================

Line out (Plug C1, Pin 1, 2, 4, 5) - OUTPUTS -
1. Line out rear left
2. Line out rear right
4. Line out front left
5. Line out front right

=========================
Line out ground (Plug C1, Pin 3)

=========================
Control output for sound amplifier (Plug C1, Pin 6) - OUTPUT -

Is parallel to PIN 5 in PlugA
=========================

CD changer switch-on line (Plug C2, Pin 7) - OUTPUT -

Level: OFF = 0 V
ON = 5 V

=========================
CD changer power supply (Plug C2, Pin 8) - OUTPUT -

Connection to terminal 30 after reactor and fuse; Imax * 1 A
Output is protected against pole reversal and short-circuiting; load dump-proof up to approx. 40 V

=========================
CD changer power ground (Plug C2, Pin 9)

=========================
CD bus (Plug C2, Pins 10 & 11) - INPUT/OUTPUT -

Bus lines according to SONY-UNILINK specification
Pin 10 = Data
Pin 11 = Clock

=========================
CD changer reset line (Plug C2, Pin 12)- OUTPUT -

CD changer hardware reset according to SONY-UNILINK specifications
ON = 5V, OFF = 0V

=========================
CD changer audio ground (Plug C3, Pin 18)

Connection with the sound controller differential input (* power ground!)

=========================
CD changer left / right audio channels (Plug C3, Pins 19 & 20) - INPUT-

Pin 19 = CD audio left
Pin 20 = CD audio right

Level: +4dB * 2 dB at 10 k* with 1 kHz (0dB = 775mV)

=========================
Antennasocket - INPUT -

Antenna input (HF signal of the antenna)
Coaxial antenna connector according to DIN 41585 Part 1/2.
Impedance: 50*.
Capacitance: 75pF ±2pF (60 pF cable, 15 pF antenna)
