Abortion is seemed to be a difficult but yet a popular topic nowadays. With the century of violence and promiscuity being an everyday standard we break the tabue on a few subjects. Books and articles, opinions of the right people. But should we really listen to them? Scientists, feminists, church or goverment? Who is right and why? Firstly I think that if a woman got impregnated she should be given a chance to abort pregnancy if she's not ready to be a mother. Unwanted pregnancy is not always cause of immaturity or lack of responsibility. Even safe sex cant be 100% safe since there are no protection that high. Secondly there is an abortion underwolnd which goverment is not aware of. There are thousands of women aborgin pregnancies in unsterile condition which causes diseases and may lead to death. Desperate so called babykillers are willing to risk their life for abortion. Many doctors are offering secret procedures preformed in bad conditions what may even cause sterility. Emotionaly instable women are so stressed that her mental health is also in danger. There were many cases when women comitted suicides or tried to abort a pregnancy with so called old-fashioned domestic methods such as taking pills, falling of stairs or using sharp objects. There was an example of a women for whom domestic violence was a norm. Her alcoholic husband treated her like a sexual object and so she was too scared to tell him she was pregnant. She was scared 4 times. Each time she gave birth in a bathtub while her husband was watching tv. She hid dead babies in her freezer. When her older children found them, police asked a woman about them. Woman was mentally unconscious she didnt know she given birth to 4 babies. She mentioned only 2. Personally I think abortion shouldnt be prohibited but netiher should it be common because of its accessibility. Its like a fire estinguisher which should be availble when a fire starts.
