Ø present simple greetings: hello, bye-bye;
Ø name of main character- Lulu the kangaroo;

“Hello song”- the teacher with puppet is singing a song and students are singing with him.
The teacher mime voice of the cat saying “Hello” to every child. Students say “hello” and give him hand or hug.

Presentation
The teacher says “Friends” and pointed to pairs of friend in class. Then show the Lulu poster and says “Lulu the kangaroo”. He puts Cookie close to the poster and says “Cookie and Lulu are friends”.

Practice
The teacher show flashcard with Cookie and mime a cat, then show them flashcard with Lulu and mime a kangaroo.
Game “Cat or kangaroo?” the teacher show students flashcard with cat or kangaroo and children mime it.
The teacher point to the cookie puppet and says “Red” then to Lulu and says “Blue”.
Students are sitting at the tables. The teacher asks them to take the blue crayon. He shows them blue crayon. He helps students to find correct colour. Students are colouring the Lulu’s poster.

Production
Students are sitting in Cookie’s circle. The teacher hides posters behind him and asks: Cookie the cat or Lulu the kangaroo? Children say “Cookie the cat”, “Lulu the kangaroo”. The teacher says “Yes” or “No”.
