FLSVCom.SYS updated to now only allow FLS-4 Parallel over the 'global' virtual port. FLSDEVCP.EXE resident control panel / notifcation application added. Known Issues: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.09.03 Date: 22/09/06 FLSINST.DLL - v2.09.3.0 FLSINST.INI FLSMSICA.DLL - v2.09.3.0 FLS1WN32.DLL - v4.43.0.145 FLS8500.LDR FLS-5: Further updates to handling of dummy bytes in flash blocks. This fixes a problem with Mango, introduced by the last update. Known Issues: Nemo-W HDD file support needs work. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.09.02 Date: 20/09/06 FLSINST.DLL - v2.09.2.0 FLSINST.INI FLSMSICA.DLL - v2.09.2.0 FLS1WN32.DLL - v4.42.0.143 FLS8500.LDR FLS-5: Updated handling of dummy bytes in flash blocks. This fixes a problem sending the APE bootstrap to BB5 phones. FLS-5: Fixed a problem sending messages greater that 50 bytes in length when sending flash blocks. Most flash blocks do not require messages > 50 bytes, but it could have caused a problem in the future. Added additional logging of device information in FLS1Start, so that incomplete logs will still contain information about the devce. Also added logging of the FLS-5 USB connection type - FULL or HIGH speed. Known Issues: Nemo-W HDD file support needs work. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.09.01 Date: 07/09/06 FLSINST.DLL - v2.09.1.0 FLSINST.INI FLSMSICA.DLL - v2.09.1.0 FLS1WN32.DLL - v4.40.0.141 FLS5USB.SYS - v2.31.0.52 FLS5FL32.DLL - v2.46.0.49 FLS8500.LDR FLS-5: Updated BB5 algorithm file searching so that it does not stop on a file where some of the data matches but the CMT ID does not. FLS-5: Fix for Atomic, although this may also affect other phones. Implemented better support for STORE_CERTIFICATE_REQUEST. FLS-5: Fix for WD phones like Calimero and Cameron. There was a problem sending algorithm extensions, the send would stall when sending multiple data blocks. Updated to use a full byte count for flash blocks and not just a block count as there was a problem differentiating between a USB full speed packet (64 bytes) and a high speed packet (512 bytes). FLS-5: Fixed a problem which showed up with the latest version of WinTesla and the FLS-5. Due to a restriction in the FLS-5 USB driver the maximum buffer size that could be used to read in PKD mode was 1024 bytes. This caused a problem with the new WinTesla as the DESlock protection needed to read more data. Known Issues: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.09 Date: 25/05/06 FLSINST.DLL - v2.09 FLSINST.INI Release version of 2.08.05. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.08.05 Date: 15/05/06 FLSINST.DLL - v2.08.5.1 FLSINST.INI FLSMSICA.DLL - v2.08.5.1 FLS1WN32.DLL - v4.37.0.138 Switched off DDR support for FLS-5 and DCT-4 phones. Due to an unknown problem with GigBag. Bottom Connector Flashing: Changed ADL Restart Message to use reset sequence bit and set delay to 3000ms Changed ADL Post Delay to 2800ms Most of these changes are to support Presley, but will also improve reliability for other phones. Presley changes tested with DKU-8/FLS-4S/FLS-5 and FLC-20 This release has had limited testing. Known Issues: * Linda flashing support will still follow asap. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.08.04 Date: 06/04/06 FLSINST.DLL - v2.08.4.1 FLSINST.INI FLSMSICA.DLL - v2.08.4.1 FLS1WN32.DLL - v4.35.2.136 FLS5FL32.DLL - v2.44.0.47 FLS8500.LDR FPGA8501.rd4 FLS5USB.SYS - v2.26.0.47 Updated for final FLS-5 Hardware. Older prototypes are now obselete. This release has had limited testing. Known Issues: * Linda flashing support will still follow asap. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.08.03 Date: 13/03/06 FLSINST.DLL - v2.08.3.1 FLSINST.INI FLSMSICA.DLL - v2.08.3.1 FLS1WN32.DLL - v4.33.0.134 FLS8400.LDR Added support for flashing multiple files without having end flash and re-boot to flash mode each time. This supports FLA and bottom connector flashing for all FLS/DKU devices. There are currently problems with the test phone, Presley. This release is provided to help debug posible problems in the phone software and to test support with other phones. This release has had limited testing. Known Issues: * Linda flashing is not currently implemented with the FLS-5. A future release should include this. The prototype FLS-5 does not include cables for Linda so it is not a big issue. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.08.02 Date: 23/12/05 FLSINST.DLL - v2.08.2.1 FLSINST.INI FLSMSICA.DLL - v2.08.2.1 FLS1WN32.DLL - 4.29.0.130 FLS5USB.SYS - v2.24.0.45 FPGA8501.RD4 FPS8500.LDR FLS5FL32.DLL - v2.43.0.46 FLSIFACE.SYS - v1.98.0.20 FLS-5 Support for BB5 Flashing. This release has had limited testing as development is ongoing to enhance FLS-5 support. Known Issues: * Linda flashing is not currently implemented with the FLS-5. This release includes support for all previous devices and FLS-5 support for DCT3 and DCT4. This release has had limited testing as development is ongoing to enhance FLS-5 support and include BB5 flashing. Known Issues: * FLS-5 currently only supports 12v VPP, the hardware is capable of generating different voltages. A future update will enable this feature. * Linda flashing is not currently implemented with the FLS-5. The a future release should include this. The prototype FLS-5 does not include cables for Linda so it is not a big issue. The 'remove' in the install during renumeration after the iface driver was stopped was causing the usb driver to jump into a non existent iface driver. iface now tells usb it is going. Before only the uninitialise calls in the API would trigger this. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.07.06 Date: 22/09/05 FLSINST.DLL - v2.07.6.0 FLSMSICA.DLL - v2.07.6.0 FLSMSICA.DOC - Updated. MSI custom action DLL entry point for uninstall modified so that when an attempt to uninstall when drivers have already been removed is made it is treated as a pass. note: Although the installshield has been updated the only change is an increase in the version number to keep install package version numbers in line. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version: 2.07.05 Date: 01/09/05 FLSINST.DLL - v2.07.5.0 FLSMSICA.DLL - v2.07.5.0 FLSMSICA.DOC - Updated.
