Focus Worksheet

1.      Decide what project you're going to work on. (Don't spend more than 60 seconds deciding this during profit hours. Ponder all you want during non-profit hours.)

2.      Once you've determined the project you're going to work on, come up with all the components that will encompass that project and write them down here. Again, don't spend much time brainstorming this during profit hours. 3 minutes at most. Ponder all you want during non-profit hours.

(Things to consider: how will you market it? What content will you deliver? Does it need a sales page? What else do you need to consider for completing this project?)

3.      Out of all the components and parts required to complete the project, decide which will be the first you work on.

(Try to start with the hardest, most important or most necessary part/component first).

4.      Only work and focus on completing THAT one thing! If you need a break, make sure it's a “clean break”... nothing that will take away from your resources.

(good breaks are laying down with your eyes closed, listening to relaxation tapes or paraliminals, eating fruit, staring out the window, walking around the block).

5.      When that is completed, move onto the next part of the project and repeat the process.
